Do I need to be home? 

- Not at all. We commonly attend appointments where our clients are at work, already re-located, or even interstate/overseas. We can arrange to attend your real estate on your behalf to pick up keys or collect them from an agreeded location or lockbox attatched to the property. We always ensure your property is secure before leaving.

Please note: We require pre-payment before your appointment.

Do you need mains power? 

- No we don't. Our vans use petrol operated van mounted machines. We do however need power if you have added on vacuuming to your appointment.  

What payment types do you accept?  

- We accept EFTPOS, Credit Card, Cash & Direct Deposit. 

Do I need to vaccum before arrival?
- We require all carpet and couches/chairs to be thouroughly vaccumed before arrival. 

We also provide an add-on vacuum service for you if you have already moved won't be home, or do not have access to a vacuum on the day.

Do you need mains water?
- Yes we need to connect to mains water, this is usually a garden tap connection at the front of the property.

Do you clean apartments or lift access multi story accomodation?
- As we use van mounted petrol machines, we currently do not provide carpet cleaning to apartments or dwellings that cannot be accessed with hoses from our vans. Usually we can service rooms with balconies.

We can however refer you to another excellent locally owned business in Geelong that can provide the service.
