To clean your mattress, we start with a pre-spray of an antimicrobial treatment, followed by steam cleaning using hot water extraction. This process effectively cleans the mattress and vacuums away any residual debris, such as dead skin cells and dust mites. We then apply a sanitising and deodorising treatment.
It's recommended to clean mattresses at least every 6-12 months to eliminate dust mites, dirt, bacteria, and odors. After cleaning, the mattress will be damp and typically takes about four hours to dry.
While this method removes most stains, some stains may become permanent over time. Although cleaning may not eliminate these stubborn stains, it will effectively kill bacteria and remove dust mites and dead skin cells.
You can speed up the drying process by using ceiling fans or pedestal fans directed at the mattress.
